Each month, I’ll “host” a birthday party event at a different local venue to give families a chance to see what it’s like to celebrate at that location. From decorations and activities to food and party packages, guests will get the full experience — making it the perfect way to see what they are offerings in a natural, fun, and interactive setting.

We offer many experiences to suit your style of play: kickball, football, wiffle ball, basketball, soccer, lawn games, dodgeball and time trials on the track. Activities are based on athletes ages 6+.
You will receive:
• (1) dedicated party host and party space on the Field
• Reserved seating for 30 children
• 2 HOURS of party time!
• Includes party favors! *We do not supply food, beverage or paper products but you can bring food/beverage. We recommend pizza, cupcakes, individually wrapped snacks and beverages.
What happens if it rains?: We have an indoor backup plan: Rockwall, batting cage, golf simulator, scavenger hunt or we can reschedule to a new available date.

At Play Palace, we believe in making celebrations easy and fun for everyone. Our hosted party packages are a stress-free way to give your child a magical birthday experience, and your party host will handle all the details so you can relax and enjoy the special day.
What to expect from your party host:
Your dedicated party host is here to make your experience seamless and memorable. They will be your point of contact throughout the event, handling all party-related tasks including:
- Calling you a week before the party to finalize all the details.
- Assisting with loading and unloading your car.
- Helping to decorate with any additional decorations you bring.
- Getting everyone checked in and organized.
- Serving all food and drinks.
- Setting up and cleaning the private party room.
- Assisting with any needs or questions you or your guests may have during the party.
Important Party Details:
- Play Time: All parties are 3 hours long, and guests have full access to our play structure and sensory rooms for the entire duration of the party.
- Refreshments: Each of our hosted party packages (Zephyr, Kai, and Daia) includes one complimentary mini water per child.
- Safety First: For everyone's safety and hygiene, socks are required for all guests playing in the facility.
- After your party room time: When your private room time is complete, your guests are welcome to continue playing and move to the open seating area to finish their celebration.

Age: Parties are generally recommended for participants 6 years of age and up.
Climbing: Our staff will guide your climbers around the gym for 1.5 hours of climbing, taking care of all the belaying for the group. We have a 1:4 ratio of staff to climbers, so everyone will have plenty of time to climb. Rental gear is included.
• Climbers should wear comfortable, flexible clothing (yoga pants, leggings, sweatpants, long gym shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, etc.). Climbing shoes are required and are included in the party.
