My family had the opportunity to attend Disney Live! Doorway to Magic. The show featured Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and 25 of our favorite Disney characters opening various doorways to Disney magic! The show was held at the Blue Cross Arena and truly was put on to entertain the whole family, with a little something for everyone.
Upon arrival we grabbed the popcorn and cotton candy and awaited for the show to begin. We loved the dancing and audience engagement throughout the show. Even my one- year- old participated in the magic with the magical phrase: "Wiggle your fingers, stomp the floor, make some magic, everywhere! We watched as the Fairy Godmother transformed Cinderella into her beautiful blue gown ready for the ball and meeting her Prince, as the Wicked Witch tried to convince Snow White to eat the poisonous apple but her favorite Disney characters saved her and we enjoyed a light show by the one and only Buzz Light Year himself followed by special appearances from Jesse and Woody and his green army men! There was a short intermission, which was perfect for families to grab dinner or a snack and take a potty break and returned to our seats just in time for Mickey to take the stage again. The magic of floating broomsticks was enticing! The final performance was Rapunzel and Flynn Rider as they floated in the sky amidst floating lanterns. Everything was just so magical and fun. The show ended with all the characters returning to the stage for one final dance!
